    Match report

Seamus (3) went on first, losing a tight first game in a tie-break before mistakes and lack of precision led to a 3-0 loss. Simon Boucher (5) and Dave Norton (4) won close contests in 4 on the far-end colder concrete-backed court and glass-back court respectively. Sacha (2) had 3 squandered match balls in the fourth against Tim Morphew, but was forced into a fifth which he took well with better concentration, deciding the overall fixture in Stroud's favour. Tony (1) was unable to lengthen rallies to deal with "all-or-nothing" kills and attacking squash in cold conditions, sustaining a 3-0 loss to Cam Bryan. Stroud won 14-12 on points, and take on CLC A at home next week.
